जब भी हम किसी व्यक्ति को हो आरसीएम में ज्वाइन कराते हैं तो हमें आशा होती है कि यह व्यक्ति कमाल कर देगा और बिजनेस को बहुत ऊंचाइयों तक पहुंचा देगा लेकिन अधिकतर मामलों में हमें निराशा ही हाथ लगती है| इसका कारण होता है कि हम केवल व्यक्ति को ज्वाइन करवाते हैं उसे ट्रेनिंग नहीं देते और उसे सिस्टम से नहीं जोड़ते|
यदि हम चाहते हैं कि हमारे द्वारा ज्वाइन किया गया हर व्यक्ति बिजनेस में सफलता हासिल करें तो हमें सबसे पहले उस व्यक्ति के साथ निम्नलिखित पांच कार्य पूरे करने पड़ेंगे|
1. प्लान दिखाना सिखाना
हमारी मार्केट प्लान इस सिस्टम की जान है जो व्यक्ति भी आरसीएम से पैसा कमाना चाहता है उसे यह मार्केट प्लान अच्छी प्रकार से आनी चाहिए| इसके लिए प्लान के वीडियो की सहायता ली जा सकती है जो इस साइट पर भी उपलब्ध है|
हम उसे लिखकर भी प्लान समझा सकते हैं लेकिन सबसे अच्छा फार्मूला है

उसके साथ जाकर उसके पांच जानकारों को प्लान दिखाना, जवाब प्लान दिखाएं पहले उसे यह बता दें कि उसने हर बात को ध्यान से देखना और सीखना है|

अब उससे कहिए कि अगले 5 व्यक्तियों को वह अकेला प्लान दिखा करके आए आप केवल फोन पर रिपोर्ट लीजिए|
इस समय तक वह एक परफेक्ट प्लान दिखाने वाला बन चुका होगा|
2. कैलकुलेशन करना सिखाना
यह एक बहुत आवश्यक स्टेप है क्योंकि इसी के द्वारा उसको पता चलता है कि कितना काम करने पर उसे कितना पैसा मिलेगा, विभिन्न उदाहरणों के द्वारा उसको यह समझाना है की 10,000 बीवी करने पर कितना पैसा मिलता है, 20000 पर कितना, यह कैलकुलेशन 350000 बीवी तक सिखानी है|
3. जॉइनिंग करना सिखाना
ज्वाइन करवाते ही सबसे पहले हमें उसके फोन में आरसीएम का ऐप डाउनलोड करवाना है, उसे इस ऐप की पूरी जानकारी देनी है और उसे यह बताना है कि जॉइनिंग कैसे करवानी है|
इसके लिए सबसे अच्छा तरीका है कि उसके हाथ से जोइनिंग डलवा दी जाए, इस प्रकार वह इंडिपेंडेंट अपनी टीम के लिए काम करने वाला बन जाएगा|
4. टूल किट तैयार करवाना
जब एक व्यक्ति आरसीएम ज्वाइन कर लेता है और नेटवर्क बनाने के लिए फील्ड में जाना शुरु करता है तो उसके पास एक टूलकिट होनी चाहिए, इस टूल किट में चार बुक्स होनी चाहिए-
